Powered by Global Excel (GEM) Europe, FastTrack gives your customer the benefit of cashless outpatient care at the majority of private healthcare facilities in our eligible countries. FastTrack is available in multiple languages and focuses on outpatient (lower value, higher volume) cases.
What is FastTrack
- Pre-approval or prior notification is not required. Members simply walk in to clinics or hospitals within the extensive Global Excel (GEM) Europe network, show their policy wording / membership card, and receive treatment.
- We manage all of the administration.
- This service includes cost containment usually resulting in net savings. GEM Europe will audit and cost contain invoices and manage any excess adjustments. Online patient surveys post-care are an optional add-on and provide an extra tool in the detection and prevention of fraudulent claims.
