Pre-approval or prior notification is not required. Members simply walk in to clinics or hospitals within the extensive Global Excel (GEM) Europe network, show their policy wording / membership card, and receive treatment.
We manage all of the administration.
This service includes cost containment usually resulting in net savings. GEM Europe will audit and cost contain invoices and manage any excess adjustments. Online patient surveys post-care are an optional add-on and provide an extra tool in the detection and prevention of fraudulent claims.
