Gestion Global Excel inc. a annonc\u00e9 aujourd’hui qu’\u00e0 compter du 26 mars, 2024, Reg Allatt, PDG, assumera un nouveau r\u00f4le de pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif du conseil d’administration; Steve Allatt, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d’administration, assumera un nouveau r\u00f4le de pr\u00e9sident \u00e9m\u00e9rite; et Phil Hibbert, actuel pr\u00e9sident des affaires r\u00e9gionales du Canada et chef du d\u00e9veloppement des affaires, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 PDG.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, sous la direction de Steve et Reg, Global Excel s’est transform\u00e9e d’une entreprise d’assistance et de gestion de cas m\u00e9dicaux ax\u00e9e sur la gestion des r\u00e9clamations m\u00e9dicales de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re de <\/span>l’\u00e9poque, Expert Travel Financial Security (etfs)<\/span>, pour devenir aujourd’hui l’une des plus importantes entreprises ind\u00e9pendantes de gestion des risques en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Depuis sa fondation en 1996, Global Excel a connu une croissance rentable et fructueuse. Aujourd’hui, avec plus de 1 400 employ\u00e9s dans 9 pays, nous offrons une gamme compl\u00e8te de services \u00e0 plus de 1 800 clients situ\u00e9s dans plus de 90 pays \u00e0 travers le monde. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce changement \u00e9volutif dans la structure de direction de Global Excel, l’entreprise sera bien positionn\u00e9e pour poursuivre sa croissance future, et la famille Allatt pourra se concentrer sur ses nombreux projets philanthropiques et ses int\u00e9r\u00eats commerciaux plus vastes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reg Allatt a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : <\/span>\u00ab<\/span> J’ai eu l’immense occasion et le privil\u00e8ge d’assister \u00e0 la transformation de notre organisation au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. Mon p\u00e8re et moi serons toujours les premiers \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les efforts d\u00e9vou\u00e9s de tous les membres d’\u00e9quipe de Global Excel, dont certains sont avec nous depuis le tout d\u00e9but. Global Excel est positionn\u00e9e pour une croissance efficace \u00e0 long terme, et je suis convaincu qu’ensemble, nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brerons encore plus de succ\u00e8s au cours de la prochaine phase de notre parcours. En tant que pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif, je me r\u00e9jouis de pouvoir concentrer mon attention sur la poursuite de nos activit\u00e9s de fusion et d’acquisition, ainsi que sur le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits, services et technologies. Avec l’\u00e9quipe de la haute direction, j’ai h\u00e2te de relever ce nouveau d\u00e9fi passionnant. Depuis mon arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Global Excel il y a un peu plus d’un an, je crois que nous avons continu\u00e9 \u00e0 cultiver une \u00e9quipe de direction talentueuse, \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des changements essentiels aux processus et aux syst\u00e8mes et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la position de Global Excel sur le march\u00e9 en vue d’une croissance \u00e0 long terme.
